Majestic Garden, located at the west of Jianxiang Qiao, is a superior residential quarter with a total floor area of 270,000 m², including towers A, B, C, D, E, and F, and under-ground parking and a club. Each tower has 33 storeys and 2 under grounds, and equipped with s central air-conditioning, fire alarm, security monitoring and satellite relayed TV. The club is a multi-functional facility for amusement, exercises, and food & beverage service of the community. The underground parking can hold more than 1000 cars.
The construction was commenced in batches in December 1997 and April 1999, and completed in December 1999, April 2001 and September 2001 respectively. CNEEC performed the whole process supervision over the construction. This is an excellent quality project. Tower B was awarded the Structural Great-Wall Cup of 1999, and the Beijing Great-Wall Cup of 2000.
