Commissioned by CMEC, CNEEC took on the R&D and manufacture of coal handling system of ‘India VEDANTA 3x30MW thermal power units project’ that is turnkey contracted by CMEC.
CHPI, one of the subsidiaries of CNEEC put 9 professionals together in a group, that includes 2 professor level senior engineers with years control system software design experience, 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers, 2 assistant engineers. The early days on the project conduction, they developed a detailed plan. The persons in R&D clear-cut assignment of responsibility and plan a reasonable timetable for purchasing and software design.
The R&D equipments of the item is a set of redundant PLC. The program design includes two parts:
Design of customer software on host operation management system.
